TERMS AND CONDITIONS


These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale and use of products and services provided by GOBOLAND Middle East MFZE (“the Company”, “Goboland”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing from us, you (“the Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

Orders and Payment

  • All orders must be placed through our official website.
  • Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before production begins.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed rate.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Custom Gobo Designs

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all artwork, logos, and designs provided are clear and meet our specifications.
  • By submitting artwork, you confirm you own the copyright or have full legal authorisation to use it.
  • The Company is not liable for copyright infringements arising from designs submitted by the Customer.
  • We reserve the right to reject any design that is unlawful, offensive, or unsuitable for production.

Intellectual Property

  • Collection of gGobos, designs, and templates created by the Company remains our intellectual property.
  • Goboland designs may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without prior written consent.
  • Custom gobos using client-submitted logos remain the intellectual property of the client, provided the rights were lawfully obtained.

Delivery and Lead Times

  • Standard lead times will be communicated upon confirmation of order.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external disruptions.

Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of gobos, all sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect as a result of our error.
  • Any claims for defective or incorrect gobos must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Approved returns may be replaced, repaired, or refunded at our discretion.

Warranty and Liability

  • Our gobos are warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, use in incompatible fixtures, or normal wear and tear.
  • The Company is not responsible for damages, loss of business, or costs resulting from product use, malfunction, delivery delays or errors made by the Company or its staff.
  • All products must be installed and used in accordance with industry standards and fixture specifications.

Limitation of Use

  • Gobos are intended for professional lighting applications only.
  • We do not guarantee fit or compatibility with unlisted or modified lighting fixtures.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ras Al Khaimah.

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
